Perfect for fitting fitness into your day — come move, strengthen, and reset in the fresh air!
All levels welcome, including beginners! Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Please bring a set of light (1 - 3 lb. weights) and a yoga mat or towel. A small supply of yoga mats and weights will be available.
